Vestas is looking at a potential 500MW of wind development with Mexican utility CFE after the two signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
The Danish turbine giant will work with CFE to examine the feasibility of possible sites and share information over design, construction and operational issues, said a statement from the Mexican entity.
