In 2023, the program will focus on renewable energy leaders in South East Asia. Applicants must work in, or their work must target, one or several countries in Southeast Asia. Additional eligibility requirements:

• Age 35 and under in the year of application;

• 5+ years of professional experience in renewable energy;

• A track record of leadership and achievement in professional career or otherwise; and

• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Disclaimer: Although no external age guideline is provided to define “young leader”, the program has an internal guideline defined as up to 30 years of age, with discretion to the organisers to include any exceptional candidates within 5 years above this, up to 35 years of age. Applicants aged 36 and above will be screened out during the initial sifting stage.The application should be submitted in English. While we can consider supplementary materials in other languages, we encourage applicants to provide English variations of materials to the extent possible.
