How is the renewable energy sector doing when it comes to diversity? 

DNV GL have addressed the issue of gender diversity within the renewables sector in its podcast, Face the Fact. This episode features Katy Briggs, the Global Service Area Leader for Renewable Advisory Services at DNV GL, who talks about her own experience as a woman in the renewables sector.  

New census data shows that rural electrification in Africa and Asia using distributed renewable energy is going to create a significant number of new jobs by 2023. Women are filling only one-fourth of these jobs.
