Diversity is the cradle of creativity, and creativity has been and continues to be a very important part of the constant evolution of renewables. You should not be recognized for your gender, but for what you bring to the industry. Gender doesn't qualify or disqualify you, but your credibilities and your competencies and acknowledgments do. Therefore it is so essential that females take the roles they dream of and not what they think is expected of them.
