About Trang

Trang has over 8 years of extensive experience in public policy and government affairs, specializing in sustainable development and wind energy. At GWEC, Trang manages Vietnam's wind sector policies, including leading regulatory analysis and engaging with government and industry stakeholders for effective wind policy implementation in Vietnam.

Trang previously worked as a policy consultant at Asia Group Advisor and Bay Global Strategies, (closely collaborating with AmCham’s board in Hanoi, Vietnam) to provide policy analysis, lead advocacy efforts, and manage strategic engagement for leading U.S. and international companies operating in Vietnam in the fields of sustainable energy, corporate social responsibility, digital economy, and healthcare.

Trang holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Trade and Economic Law from the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK, and a Bachelor of Finance and Banking (Major in Corporate Finance) from the Banking Academy of Vietnam
