About Margarida

Margarida Jorge is the Design and Events Coordinator at the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC). With a background in graphic design, social media management, and event design, Margarida is responsible for creating and maintaining GWEC’s graphic materials across various platforms. From social media content to event branding and internal and external documentation, her work ensures a cohesive representation of GWEC’s mission.

In her role, Margarida collaborates closely with all GWEC departments to align visual elements with communication strategies, creating engaging materials that bridge the connection between GWEC and its audience. Her contributions support strategic initiatives, helping GWEC communicate effectively through consistent and professional design.

Margarida holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design and a Master’s degree in Communication and Graphic Design from Universidade de Lisboa.
