Turkey’s wind power capacity increases over 3,000 MW in 2014

Turkey’s wind power capacity increased to over 3,000 megawatts (MW) with the installation of new facilities totaling 804 MW in 2014, according to wind power body the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC).

Turkey’s wind power capacity rose to 3,763 MW in 2014, according to the GWEC’s Global Report, which also showed the growth of the wind power industry around the world.
