London, UK
Fall 2021

Please note that this event has been postponed from its original scheduled date of 16 September 2020 to Fall of 2021 due to COVID-19.

About The Event

A tremendous step-change in innovation and investment is required to address the urgent challenge of accelerating climate change. This invite-only event will convene 400 key stakeholders across energy, finance and policy for an evening of networking and debate on the energy transition. The evening is supported by MHI Vestas and Vestas, and held in association with RE100, RenewableUK, SolarPower Europe, RES4Africa and the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP).

Keynote speakers, including Nigel Topping, COP26 High Level Climate Action Champion, will highlight the role of key transition technologies and address major challenges in market design, transmission and financing. Bringing together a range of clean energy technologies, the event will also address the imperatives for oil and gas companies and investors to become Paris-aligned and transition to a low-carbon world.

London has long-served as a leading financial centre in the world, and is at the heart of the conversation on decarbonising the global economy. Our ambition is for this evening to be solutions-oriented, and form the nucleus of a network that can transform investment in and deployment of renewable energy in the lead-up to the COP26 summit in the UK in 2021.
