GWEC says world’s wind capacity grew by 51.6 GW in 2014, 45% in China

The world installed 51,577 MW of wind power capacity in 2014, including 26,161 MW in Asia where China kept surpassing its own records, according to statistics by the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC).
