GE will make its debut in the Middle Eastern country by providing 28 turbines for a 100MW project.
It will supply its 3.6-137 machines for developer Mass Energy Group Holding’s Mass Wind project in the Tafilah region on the western border with Israel.
GE, along with consortium partner, construction engineers Elecnor, will also build the site under an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract.
Mass Wind is due to be online by the end of 2019.
