The future of wind farms in operation is closely linked to regulatory conditions but also to resources and technologies. The last session of AEE´s conference will analyze the state of the art of three countries that, together with Germany, have a similar situation, which can be used to evaluate strategic lines and possible collaborations with Spanish companies.

Opening speech by General Secretary of Industry and SMEs
The General Secretary of Industry and SMEs of the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Raúl Blanco Díaz, will open this event. Rocío Sicre, AEE´s President, will also be in this inaugural session, highlighting that the mission of this event is to share projects and experiences by different agents of the wind sector on operational improvements, repowering and life extension of wind farms.
Promoters, manufacturers, researchers and technicians from national and international wind energy sector will take part in this third edition of the event and they will discuss how to solve the aging of wind farms in Spain in order to maintain its efficiency and long-term profitability.
