About The Event
In 2019, China has installed 24 GW of onshore wind capacity (representing 40% of the world market) and 2,4 GW of offshore wind capacity (representing 37% of the world market) and cementing China’s position as world no.1 wind power market within onshore and offshore activities.
China Wind Power (CWP) is one of the most influential events in the energy world. Last year, it welcomed nearly 66,500 visitors, 649 exhibitors from 18 countries in the world. The event is a key date in the renewables calendar for manufacturers, developers and investors from all around the world.
The event has hosted 12 editions since its debut in 2008, it is now recognised as the China’s leading energy show. In partnership with Chinese Wind Energy Association (CWEA), Chinese Renewable Energy Industry Association (CREIA) and CCID Conference & Exhibition, Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) is a proud co-organiser of China Wind Power 2020, being held from 14-16 October in Beijing.
