SICA Metalurgica Argentina and two Spanish partners will set up wind tower manufacturing capacity in the city of Esperanza under a commercial and industrial agreement signed last week.
SICA, TecnoAranda SL and Haizea Wind aim to start producing towers for wind turbines at the end of this year, with an annual capacity of 130 pieces, Esperanza Día por Día reports. Production can be expanded to 200 towers per year if there is sufficient demand.
