The fast-emerging wind nation is considering how best to underpin a local supply chain without damaging competitiveness, writes Alexandre Spatuzza.

Argentina’s government is preparing a programme to boost local content for renewables to underpin a local industry and create jobs, with import tax exemptions on renewable energy equipment due to expire at the end of 2017.
